Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily financial operations of the finance team.
• Oversee and monitor accounts receivable and payable processes.
• Prepare timely monthly management reports.
• Manage all accounting reporting functions, including annual and monthly financial statements, cash flow management, audits, and tax-related matters.
• Review inter-company transactions, reconciliations, and month-end schedules.
• Monitor and manage the company's cash flow.
• Review and submit monthly indirect tax reports.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents to ensure annual tax compliance.
• Monitor and refine internal control policies and guidelines.
• Conduct business and financial analysis, including revenue and expense tracking.
• Streamline and enhance administrative processes for improved efficiency.
• Collaborate with business unit heads to develop and monitor financial plans.
• Review sales contracts with the legal team to ensure compliance with rights and obligations.
• Support general office administration matters.
• Handle other ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, with a background in a Big 4 accounting firm being a plus. Experience in Medical Technology company is highly preferred.
• Hands-on accounting knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience with enterprise accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Experience with Oracle NetSuite is advantageous.
• Demonstrated understanding of internal controls and audit processes, including procurement and local contract agreements.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and personnel management skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• High ethical standards and a professional demeanor.
• Fluency in English is required for collaboration with the regional team.
