🔥 Your Role:

As the Marketing & Sales Assistant you'll be diving headfirst into the action-packed world of sales, marketing, and everything in between. No two days will be the same as you support Ondrej in his mission to conquer the digital landscape!

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential influencers, corporations, communities, and banks for collaboration.
• Develop and manage the onboarding process for influencers, corporate partners, communities, and banks.
• Assist with creating marketing materials and presentations to support sales efforts.
• Manage social media accounts and engage with our audience.
• Support the sales team with prospecting, lead generation, and data management.
• Manage the CEO's overflowing workload related to marketing and sales, freeing up his time for strategic initiatives.
• Master the art of email writing, scheduling, and coordinating meetings like a pro.
• Dive deep into Google Suite tools and our CRM PipeDrive to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of sales and marketing activities.
• Track and analyze marketing and sales data to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
