Job Description:
As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring effective recruitment, training, development, and retention of talent.
- Policy Development: Design and oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- HR Metrics: Utilize HR metrics to guide decision-making and improve processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
