Job Description:

As the Assistant Manager HR, you will be responsible for:

  • HR Operations: Assist in the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Employee Relations: Support employee engagement initiatives and address employee queries and concerns.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the administration of performance appraisal processes.
  • Training & Development: Support the development and implementation of training programs.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with HR best practices and labor laws.
