Requirements
- Audit and Optimization:
- Audit current platform settings and fix any identified issues, including tracking, campaign structures, and setup.
- Resolve any issues in tracking, campaign structures, and setup.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute multichannel campaign plans (PPC, social media advertising).
- Plan and execute personalized campaigns based on target audience using search and display campaigns, and client’s social media platforms.
- Tracking and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure continuous monitoring and optimization of campaigns, ad copy, and keywords.
- Manage ad budgets, ad creatives, and audience response.
- Provide periodic updates and reports on campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad versions and finalize targeting options.
- Provide insights on product performance using campaign performance and Google Analytics data.
- Track URLs and provide quality assurance support.
- SEO and Content:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Write and optimize content for websites, ensuring it is engaging and aligned with SEO best practices.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement necessary changes to enhance website performance.
- Education:
- Graduate in Marketing, Computing, Management, or equivalent.
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, covering digital and social media advertising, preferably in Media/PR agencies.
- Experience in managing social accounts for organizations on popular platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Proficient in digital advertising, including PPC campaigns, with knowledge of financial industry best practices.
- Experience in campaign performance evaluation using web analytics and other third-party tools, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Work with multiple teams simultaneously, including internal stakeholders and creative/digital/product/translation teams.
- Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Google Ads and Analytics.
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mangools and Moz.
