Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and deploy a holistic marketing plan that aligns with the company's overarching business goals and fuels growth.
  • Strengthen and safeguard the company's brand and its range of sub-brands, ensuring uniformity across all marketing channels and efforts.
  • Perform comprehensive market analysis to detect trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and refine strategies as needed.
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-achieving marketing team, cultivating a culture of innovation and responsibility.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring judicious allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
  • Collaborate closely with departments like Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service to ensure a unified approach to meeting business objectives.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing activities and drive ongoing improvement.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior marketing role within the building materials or FMCG industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of marketing professionals.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with a track record of successfully implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to senior management and external partners.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate these into successful marketing initiatives.
