About the Role
Amplify is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team and play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline. In this results-oriented position, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into satisfied clients for Amplify's innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation - Proactively identify and qualify high-value leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email outreach, social media).
- Client Relationship Management - Build strong relationships with potential clients, understand their unique needs and challenges, and present Amplify's solutions as the ideal fit.
- Solution Selling - Craft compelling presentations that showcase Amplify's capabilities and tailor solutions that directly address client requirements.
- Sales Negotiation & Closing - Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new clients and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Strategic Collaboration - Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute effective lead generation and sales strategies.
- Continuous Improvement - Analyze results and identify opportunities to optimize the client acquisition process.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in client acquisition, sales development, or a related field.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus. (Optional)
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
- Highly motivated and self-directed with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Benefits:
- Commission structure (5% - 20% fixed commission on deals closed)
- Monthly given salary (Rs. 50,000 - Rs.150,000)
