Job Summary

Join our team as an 3D Interior Designer, where you will be involved in creating outstanding designs, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and exceptional design skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all stages of project planning and execution.
• Assist clients in space planning and design throughout the process.
• Visit sites for measurements, photos, and research, and carry out measurements via Zoom or video calls.
• Prepare and review design reports and project specifications.
• Create graphic sketches, renderings, and 3D models.
• Produce exceptional interior and architectural designs, contributing to still photos and animations.
• Develop architectural drawings and models.
• Engage in redesigning projects or renovations.
• Continue project development with 3D modeling.
• Perform tasks under general supervision and support more experienced personnel.
• Generate working drawings for drafting.
• Create presentations for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Proficiency in the following software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, V-Ray, and Enscape.
• Strong visualization, organization, and planning skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Portrait sketching skills are an added advantage.
