Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Finance to lead the financial operations of our leading mall in Colombo. The role involves overseeing financial planning, management, reporting, compliance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies for growth and profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Manage accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain internal controls.
• Lead and develop the finance team.
• Maintain relationships with financial stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, with 5 years in senior management.
• Experience in the retail or real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
