We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive our business growth

Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing and presenting compelling proposals to secure new business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and Research: Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Proposal Development: Create detailed and compelling proposals tailored to the needs of potential clients, collaborating with internal teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Presentations: Present proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our integrated services and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Time Management & Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment and support for new business initiatives.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including strategy creation and execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, sales funnels, and lead generation tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
