Position Overview:

The Learning and Development Coordinator is a pivotal role within the human resources department, tasked with developing and executing employee experience strategies that align with the organization’s overarching goals and objectives. This position involves designing, implementing, and evaluating employee engagement programs and initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute employee experience strategies that align with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct and coordinate training programs, webinars, and learning opportunities.
  • Support the performance management process, including performance reviews, feedback, and tracking professional development.
  • Assist in maintaining records of personnel-related data and benefits-related inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Support in addressing routine employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other team members
  • Support the recruitment process by efficiently screening and interviewing to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR industry trends and best practices and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Provide overall support to the human resources department, enabling smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Create and maintain organization system for records, reports, documents, etc.
  • In addition to the above functions, any other assignment/job given by the superior authority occasionally or daily is to be performed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Career ladder experience is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Learning and Development Coordinator or similar roles.
