# SALARY: LKR 80,000

# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.
• Develop and maintain the company’s visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and product packaging.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with relevant software.
• Reviewing final designs for errors before printing or publishing artwork and suggesting improvements when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing software and techniques to ensure content is fresh and innovative.
• Edit raw video footage into polished, high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and advertisements.
• Add music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance video quality.

# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• Educational qualification in graphic design & video editing.
• Minimum two (02) years of previous experience in a similar capacity.
• Photography skills and knowledge in Content Creation will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency in English and possess excellent communication skills.
• A strong and creative eye for visual composition.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and receive constructive criticism.
• A team player with a pleasing personality with the ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
