Team Leader

Profile: Team leader position, age 35 to 45 years, with experience in warehouse management, supply chain, agriculture, or sales and marketing with a minimum of 5 years' experience including managing staff. Overseas experience will be an added advantage.

and computer literacy are a must for this position.

· Cocoa Collection and Distribution: Collect and purchase cocoa from farmers and ensure its efficient distribution across assigned areas.

· People Management: Supervise and manage a team of workers, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.

· Travel:Travel extensively, covering 600 to 800 kilometers daily, to various locations to meet with farmers and oversee cocoa collection and distribution.

· Environment Adaptability: Work effectively in challenging and tough environments, maintaining high performance and resilience.

· Work Ethic: Hardworking and dedicated, with the ability to thrive in a demanding environment.

· Travel Capability: Willingness and ability to travel extensively on a daily basis.

· Adaptability:Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
