Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel/Tour Branch Manager. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our travel agency branch in Srilanka. This includes managing a team of travel agents, ensuring excellent customer service, promoting and selling travel packages, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for financial management, budgeting, and setting sales targets.

Job Requirements

• Experience as a Travel/Tour Branch Manager or in a similar role.

• Excellent knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and products.

• Strong leadership and management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Proficiency in travel booking systems (Amadeus and Galileo) and

Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or related field.
