• Develop and oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and align with company goals.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• Having experience in Tax is a plus.
Recruitment
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both white-collar and blue-collar positions.
• Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent and reduce time to fill vacancies.
Industrial Relations
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with labor unions and employee representatives.
• Handle and resolve employee grievances and disputes, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
Organization Development
• Lead initiatives for organizational development, including talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Assess organizational needs and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and performance.
HR Strategy and Leadership
• Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits management, recruitment processes, and labor laws.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems for managing HR processes.
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and develop strategies to address identified issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex employee relations issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing HR teams.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
