We're looking for a dynamic Strategic Partnerships Manager to join the House of Amos family!

This role is pivotal in identifying, engaging, and converting potential collaborators into successful partnerships, overseeing the process from lead generation through to the initiation of the project!

Work Type: Hybrid(2-3 days WFH) Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM Sri Lankan Time (Monday - Friday) Salary: 100,000 LKR + Attractive Commissions on Delivered Projects

Requirements:

  • Past experience in a strategic partnerships or business development role, preferably in the fashion, lifestyle or creator/influencer space.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Avid social media user, specially Instagram,LinkedIn, Pinterest.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (Slack, ClickUp, Hubspot, Pandadoc) and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Outreach and Analysis:

  • Identify and prioritize potential collaborators and partners.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage and convert prospects into strategic partners.

Partnership Development:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, creators, and organizations.
  • Develop and present partnership proposals, pitches, and strategic collaboration plans.

Lead Generation and Database Management:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential influencer and creator partners across various social media platforms.
  • Create and maintain a dynamic database of potential collaborators, categorizing them based on niche, reach, engagement rates, and brand alignment.

Outreach and Relationship Building:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies to engage potential collaborators.
  • Utilize social media tools and trends to enhance engagement and rapport building with influencers and creators.
  • Convert potential leads into active collaborators through effective communication and negotiation.

Collaboration Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Amos Originals and collaborators, ensuring clear communication throughout the collaboration lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including production and marketing, to ensure smooth execution of collaborative projects.

Social Media Expertise:

  • Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Leverage knowledge of social media analytics to inform outreach strategies and measure the effectiveness of engagement efforts.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Follow-Up Actions: Keep track of follow-up actions after meetings or interactions with prospects. This includes sending additional information, answering queries, or scheduling next steps.
  • Daily Progress Report: Provide a daily progress report summarizing key activities, achievements, challenges, and next steps. This helps in tracking performance and setting priorities for the day.
  • Lead Qualification: Evaluate the quality of leads identified, assessing their potential value and fit with business objectives.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on competitors, market trends, and industry developments. Staying informed about the competitive landscape is essential for strategic decision-making.
  • Proposal Submissions: Track the number of proposals or pitches submitted to potential clients or partners. This KPI indicates the effort in converting leads into business opportunities.
  • CRM Updates: Ensure regular updates and maintenance of the customer relationship management (CRM - Hubspot) system with relevant information on leads, contacts, and interactions. Accurate data management is crucial for effective follow-ups.
  • Industry News Monitoring: Stay informed about industry news, trends, and updates relevant to the business. This KPI reflects the awareness and knowledge of the market landscape.
  • Email Communication: Compose and send strategic emails to potential collaborators, ensuring professional and engaging communication.
  • Other Ad Hoc Duties as Required.
