Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team remotely. The Virtual Assistant will provide administrative support to our specific department or executive, helping to streamline operations and ensure smooth communication within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and calendars, arrange appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle email correspondence and manage communication on behalf of specific department or executive
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
- Conduct online research and gather information as assigned
- Assist in organizing company events, webinars, or online meetings
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and manage expense reports
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks independently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
