What we are looking for
We have partnered with a SaaS Company located in Texas to find a top performing SDR who will become a key member of the Sales team and supports revenue target achievement by reaching out to leads daily, championing our unique software that digitally optimizes the way home improvement companies do business. Utilizing an advanced sales stack each SDR will be responsible for maintaining daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s to drive consistent quality meetings for our revenue quota carrying Account Executives.
This role will report directly to the SDR Sales Manager and will be considered a highly visible position within the company. A competitive nature and strong sense of quality are all required traits in the final candidates.

Responsibilities
- This is an inside role responsible for prospecting, lead identification and qualification
- Leverage multiple outreach methods (cold call, email, social media) to engage and build out the top of the sales funnelServe as the first point of contact and provide product information to prospective customers
- Build and maintain a healthy lead pipeline of prospects and schedule for demos
- Partner with Sales team to achieve new business quotas
- Drive traffic to online demonstrations
- Ensure accuracy of CRM data

Qualifications
- 1+ years of call center/SasS calling experience required
- Experience managing a lead pipeline.
- Detail oriented, extremely organized, self-motivated, and driven
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Ability to use a consultative selling approach
- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, call control and time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough understanding of power dialer technology
- A demonstrated commitment to teamwork
- Strong understanding of sales process in both short and long sales cycles
- Ability to communicate concepts to non-technical end users
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to thrive in a face paced, ever changing environment
