We are seeking an enthusiastic Front Desk & Client Experience Associate to join our team on a full time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Appointments Management.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries on website and social media promptly and accurately.
- Maintain the reception area and common spaces, ensuring they are tidy and welcoming.
- Handle financial transactions and daily operations.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team.
- Coordinate with the relevant team to address any maintenance or operational issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service experience at all times.
- Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Advise clients on styles & outfits.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks/duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
What we are looking for:
- A professional aged between 20-35
- Proficient in English (verbal & written)
- 2-3 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or facility management.
- Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, positive & confident.
- Exceptional multi tasker & problem solver.
- Keen to pursue a career in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a good sense of customer service, responsibility and integrity.
- Good computer literacy/knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in a retail fashion boutique is a plus
- A deep love for fashion & styling.
