Responsibilities:

• Execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
• Manage testing efforts across 1-3 projects under tight deadlines.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate quality testing activities.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and design comprehensive test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Ensure the software meets the set quality standards and user requirements.
• Provide clear and concise feedback and documentation on issues encountered during testing.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts.

Essential Skills:

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in manual testing and familiarity with automation tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 06 months to 2 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related role.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Experience with manual and automated testing.
• Basic knowledge and experience in testing web applications and mobile applications.
• ISTQB certification is a plus but not mandatory.
