Assistant Manager - Supply Chain

JOB PROFILE

• Coordinate all International & Local activities related to sourcing and procuring necessary materials and supplies to meet the changing levels of product demand.
• Prepare and coordinate paperwork and other documentation necessary to comply with tariffs and customs regulations.
• Assist logistics process for developing new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery, and returns on products.
• Provide information and guidance related to the team or department on the availability and cost of supplies and materials.
• Find the cost-efficient freight solution and best transit solutions.
• Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management to make any strategic decisions.
• Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in supply chain or logistics functions.
• Proven experience in managing supply chain operations in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of customs regulations and tariff compliance.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
