JOB PROFILE

  • Oversee and manage daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Integrate new financial technologies and updates into existing financial processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement and optimize financial software and tools.
  • Ensure data integrity and security in all financial transactions and reporting.
  • Stay updated with the latest financial technology trends and advancements, proposing relevant updates and improvements.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CIMA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in management accounting, with a focus on financial technology, ideally within the hospitality industry or a related sector.
  • Proven experience in integrating and utilizing modern financial technologies (e.g., ERP systems, financial planning software, data analytics tools).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
