Product Consultant (CX)/Presales

• Conducting market research to understand the target audience's needs, pain points, and preferences.
• Gathering and analyzing customer data to tailor solutions to specific requirements.
Providing Information and Education:
• Creating and sharing informative content such as brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and product demos.
Product Demonstrations:
• Conducting live or virtual demos to showcase the product’s features, benefits, and capabilities.
Building Relationships:
• Engaging with potential customers through various channels (email, social media, events) to build trust and rapport.
• Providing personalized recommendations and solutions based on the customer’s specific needs.
Addressing Concerns and Objections:
• Proactively addressing any questions, concerns, or objections that potential customers might have.
• Providing detailed explanations, case studies, and testimonials to alleviate doubts.
Collaborating with Sales Teams:
• Working closely with sales teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless transition from presales to sales.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Experience min. 3 years in Presales or Product Consultant
• Having skills in presentation, sales, negotiation, and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with the industry trends and customer pain points in Customer Experience products.
• Having good relations with vendors/third parties in Customer Experience products.
