Key Requirements

• 5 to 6 years of experience in AI including hands-on experience with exploratory data analysis, building data pipelines, model development, and model evaluation.
• A sound knowledge of the theoretical and practical use of Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience in developing deep learning models, preferably for Natural Language Processing applications.
• Experience in using Generative AI including advanced prompting techniques and preferably fine-tuning models.
• Experience in building pipelines for the use of externally hosted LLMs and preferably locally hosted LLMs.
• Comprehensive experience and detailed knowledge in implementing, enhancing, and evaluating RAG implementations/pipelines.
• Use of orchestration layers such as LangChain for efficient use of LLMs.
• Experience with evaluation frameworks for Generative AI, in the context of text generation. Eg: RAGAs and TruLens.
