Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end business analysis process for large-scale IT projects or programs.
- Lead stakeholder workshops, facilitate requirements elicitation sessions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Create detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and coordinate user training sessions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions.
Must-Have Technical Stack:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Knowledge of SQL and database querying
Alternate Technical Stack:
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
Nice-to-Have Technical Stack:
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio)
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python)
Working Mode: This is a full-time position with standard working hours. However, flexibility is available to accommodate different time zones and ensure optimal collaboration with team members.
