Responsibilities

• Design Power Platform solutions to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to identify application needs and potential solutions.
• Engage with both technical and non-technical members of client organizations to facilitate design and specification sessions.
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and availability at both the system and component levels.
• Foster innovation and collaboration by utilizing the latest advancements and features within the Power Platform.
• Define criteria and conduct proofs of concept, proofs of value, and prototyping to evaluate the viability and value of products and features for client organizations.
• Provide post-production support, including implementing fixes and enhancements.
• Document design decisions and create operation manuals for business divisions to ensure quick adoption of new applications.

Requirements

• Over 1 years of experience in developing and supporting Canvas and model-driven applications, as well as Dynamics 365.
• Extensive knowledge of the entire Power Platform stack, including PowerApps, Power Pages, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Query.
• Proficiency in plugin and JavaScript development.
• Strong skills in creating clean, user-friendly UI/UX implementations.
• Experience with Dataverse and developing Power Apps applications using Dataverse as the data source.
• Proven ability to automate business processes with Power Automate.
• Expertise in designing end-to-end solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
• Understanding of data privacy and information security best practices, especially in a healthcare environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate certification is highly valued.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification is highly valued.
• A portfolio showcasing previously created PowerApps is highly regarded.
