• This is a 2-year Management Trainee Program where you will be working with Capital Placement in various fields across Marketing, Customer Support, Business Development, and Operations.
• This program is aimed at ambitious final-year degree students or recent graduates who are looking to broaden their skills, learn from the best in the industry and get a broad range of experience to help launch their careers.

• During the first twelve months of this comprehensive program, you will gain hands-on experience rotating across some of our different teams; Marketing, Customer Support, Business Development, and Operations over 12 months.

Program Responsibilities:

• Rotational Assignments: Participate in a structured 4-month rotation through some of our teams including Business Development/Partnerships, Marketing, Operations and Customer Experience to gain comprehensive exposure and hands-on experience in each department.
• Skill Development: Learn from industry leaders and develop critical skills such as relationship building with clients, B2B sales, social media management, industry research, copywriting, and talent sourcing.
• Team Collaboration: Assist teams in delivering high-quality work, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), and contributing to the success of various projects and initiatives.
• Professional Growth: Engage in continuous learning opportunities, including workshops, seminars, and mentorship programs, to enhance professional competencies and prepare for future leadership roles.
