Candidate Profile

· Require to possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing.

· School leavers are also can apply for this position those who are willing to build their career in the Sales & Marketing field.

· Strong interpersonal skills and excellent presentation and communication skills with good command in English and Sinhala. Tamil would be an added benefit.

· A degree or an equivalent qualification (CIM/SLIM) in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.

· Self-motivated individual with strong business acumen, good time management and task prioritization skills.

· Basic IT skills are a must (Email, Internet, MS Office, etc.)

· A valid driving or riding license (car/ bike) is a must.

· Team player with a pleasing personality.

Job Responsibilities

· Reach and exceed monthly sales target by:

Ø Regularly following up on inbound leads and sales inquiries.

Ø Pitching clients and customers to decide, buy and use the company's products.

Ø Initiate and follow up the sales process from initial contact phase till closure.

Ø Respond to customer/client inquiries, suggestions, complaints, and other details.
