Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Consultant with a strong sales background to identify client needs, pitch our services, and convert leads into loyal customers. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of marketing strategies, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Follow-Up: Follow up on inbound inquiries and leads generated by our inbound channels.
  • Client Engagement : Conduct sales calls and virtual meetings to present our services.
  • Problem Identification: Analyze client problems and identify opportunities for Foxmindz to provide value through our marketing services.
  • Pitching & Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations and pitches to potential clients, tailored to their specific needs.
  • Lead Conversion: Convert leads into clients by effectively communicating the benefits of our services and closing deals.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate and close deals, ensuring monthly sales targets and KPIs are met.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, business consulting, or a related role within a marketing agency

Skills

  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and sales processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven track record of successfully pitching and converting leads.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
