Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative 3D Animator with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating high-quality animations similar to those produced by Pixar. You will be responsible for developing, designing, and animating characters, environments, and scenes for various projects, including children's cartoons, advertisements, and promotional videos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop 3D animations that capture the essence of Pixar-style storytelling and visual appeal.
• Design and model characters, environments, and props that are engaging, visually appealing, and consistent with project requirements.
• Rigging characters and objects for animation, ensuring smooth and realistic movements.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards, concepts, and visual styles for new projects.
• Work closely with directors, writers, and other team members to understand project goals and deliver animations that meet or exceed expectations.
• Ensure animations are completed on time and meet the quality standards of Starlia Digital Solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and software to continually improve animation quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a 3D Animator with a strong portfolio showcasing Pixar-style animations.
• Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, character rigging, and modeling.
• Ability to create detailed and expressive character animations that convey emotions and tell stories.
• Experience with texture mapping, lighting, and rendering techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Animation, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Experience with visual effects and compositing.
• Familiarity with the production pipeline for animated films or series.
• Knowledge of scripting and programming for animation.
