Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex projects, including scope definition, planning, execution, and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, guidance, and support to team members.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Monitor project progress and performance, and communicate updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices, methodologies, and standards.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
• Prepare and present project status reports, including key metrics, milestones, and financials, to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PMP/PRINCE 2 certification preferred.
• Proven experience 5 years as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA) and Microsoft Office Suite.
