Key Responsibilities

Student Mentorship & Guidance

• Mentor and guide students one-on-one through their coding journey, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
• Provide tailored support to ensure student success, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.

Learning Experience Enhancement

• Help automate and personalize learning processes to improve student outcomes.
• Test new teaching strategies and refine the learning experience to make it more effective and engaging.

Progress Tracking & Support

• Regularly monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them stay on track.
• Collaborate with the instructional team to address student concerns and optimize learning outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Skills

• Proficient in Full-Stack development (JavaScript, React, Node.js).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for mentoring and teaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced educational environment.

Experience

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring is a plus but not required.
