Infomate, the leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) subsidiary of John Keells Holdings, is seeking a passionate Senior Executive - Process Excellence to join our dynamic team in Orion City, Sri Lanka.

What You'll Do:

• Champion process improvement initiatives, leading the team in process mapping, streamlining, and ensuring operational effectiveness.
• Manage process migrations, driving seamless transitions and maximizing efficiency.
• Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leading and motivating your team.

Qualifications:

• Completion of GCE O/L and GCE A/L Examinations.
• Degree or professional qualifications in Business Management, Accounting (ICASL, ACCA, CIMA, or CMA) preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a process excellence role with a proven track record of successful process migrations.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Six Sigma certification is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in IT (experience with MS Visio & Minitab a plus).
