Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Deputy General Manager to oversee our digital copyrights management operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, project management, and content creation, with a proven track record of achieving significant growth and optimization in a BPO setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize digital copyrights for platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, iTunes, Amazon, and Spotify.
• Lead and develop a team, driving 600% growth in team members within 2-3 years.
• Boost YouTube earnings by 20% within 6 months through effective optimization strategies.
• Oversee content management, asset management, music rights management, and channel management.
• Implement and manage workflows and projects across multiple countries using Wrike and Atlassian (Jira/Confluence).
• Manage YouTube Content Management System (CMS), handling metadata, audio/video references, royalties, rights conflicts, and user-generated content.
• Create and edit high-quality social media content for brands such as Redbull, Levi’s, and Shangri-La.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior management role within a BPO or similar industry.
• Extensive knowledge of digital copyright management and social media content creation.
• Strong background in business development and team management.
• Proficient in Wrike and Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) with at least 5 years of experience.
• Expertise in YouTube Content Management System with 5 years of experience.
