The Role
As an Executive Assistant at Hype Invention, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and Event Management: Coordinate and manage complex schedules, arrange meetings, and prepare necessary materials.
- Note-taking and Analysis: Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and evaluate client recordings. Extract key information and ensure timely action on identified tasks within internal systems.
- Administrative Support: Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and document management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite and tech savvy, able to pick up other productivity tools
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
