Position Overview

As an Account Manager in our dynamic and fast-paced digital marketing agency, you will be the key liaison between our clients and our internal teams. Your primary responsibility will be to manage client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our digital marketing services. You will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of our clients' marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss campaign performance, strategies, and goals.

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and marketing goals.
  • Work with the internal team to create detailed campaign strategies, project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Provide clients with regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Use analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Present data and insights to clients in a clear and understandable manner.

Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, technical, and content teams, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Communicate client feedback and requirements to the internal team, ensuring alignment and consistency.

Market Research and Trend Analysis:

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for clients and recommend innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications and Expectations:

  • 3+ years in digital marketing with hands-on experience running marketing campaigns.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or client services in a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Organized and methodical work ethic.
