As a Paid Media Specialist, you will develop and execute performance-focused digital campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms for clients in the US, Australia, and Sri Lanka. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique business goals and deliver data-driven solutions that drive leads, conversions, and revenue.
Responsibilities
Client Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the client's business objectives.
- Conduct thorough research and competitive analyses to identify opportunities and tailor strategies to each client's specific industry and target audience.
Campaign Management and Execution:
- Set up, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Develop engaging ad copy and landing pages to drive maximum engagement and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and budgets, making data-driven adjustments to achieve optimal results.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
- Analyze campaign data and key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to improve campaign performance continuously.
- Provide actionable insights and regular performance reports, demonstrating the value and impact of our campaigns.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Implement CRO strategies to increase the conversion rate of clients and landing pages.
- Analyze user behavior and website performance to identify conversion bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the web development and design team to create and test impactful CRO experiments.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as a Performance Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role within a digital marketing agency.
- Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads certifications.
- Expertise in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a demonstrable track record of achieving outstanding results for clients.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
- Proficient in using analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
