We are seeking a motivated and experienced Junior Sales Manager to join our client, a food manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, specifically within the frozen food sector. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive sales growth, develop strong customer relationships, and effectively manage sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company sales targets in the frozen food segment.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive activities in the frozen food industry.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our frozen food products.
  • Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, including sales forecasts, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, production, and distribution teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the frozen food market and continuously improve product knowledge.
  • Sales Administration: Handle administrative tasks related to sales activities, including order processing, invoicing, and customer inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the food manufacturing industry, with a focus on frozen food products.
  • Skills:Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market trends and data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

  • Personal Attributes:Self-motivated and results-oriented. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as needed.
