About the Role:
As a Performance Marketer at Metana, you will play a vital role in our digital marketing initiatives, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple platforms. Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Strategies: Create and implement performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various paid channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Reddit Ads.
- Keyword Research and Audience Targeting: Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, ad creation, and bid management.
- Optimize Campaigns: Continuously optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools. Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Budget Management: Monitor spend and performance daily to ensure campaigns stay within budget and deliver expected results. Make data-driven decisions to reallocate budget as needed to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with Web Development Team: Work with the web development team to optimize landing pages and conversion paths. Utilize heatmaps and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Language: Professional fluency in English, with superb communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Digital Marketing Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Hubspot, GSC, GTM, GA, Microsoft Clarity)
- Platform Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Marketing Channel Knowledge: Excellent understanding of PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, and other performance marketing channels.
- Testing and Optimization: Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and campaign analysis.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- User Experience Understanding: Understanding of user experience (UX) and customer journey mapping.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant work experience. (Optional)
