Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager at InGame Esports. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures, conducting performance management, and fostering a positive work culture. This role is primarily remote, with limited in-person work days.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the gaming or Esports industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
