Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic plans for the fulfillment center and provide insights to top management for overall business strategy development.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets in alignment with top management guidelines, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets and cost savings through diligent monitoring and team leadership.
• Maintain positive customer relationships, ensure staff meet service standards, and identify future demands to add value.
• Promote employee satisfaction, communicate business vision and strategy, and effectively manage change within the team.
• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations and processes, encourage team input, and guide project execution.
• Ensure the availability of necessary resources and infrastructure, aligning operations with customer requirements.
• Monitor operational plans, conduct regular review meetings, and ensure adherence to KPIs, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure all operations comply with policies, procedures, and statutory requirements, and provide awareness sessions for staff.
• Implement controls to monitor inventory levels, ensure accuracy, and minimize losses. Oversee adherence to Warehouse Management System procedures and safety standards.
• Recruit, retain, and develop a skilled workforce, identify training needs, and develop succession plans for key roles.
• Provide leadership to enhance team skills and motivation, ensuring the team is equipped to meet and exceed performance goals.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a relevant field.
• Experience in Logistics and Warehousing operations for MNC and local clients across various sectors including apparel, FMCG, pharma, telco, retail, project cargo, high tech, and chemical.
• Demonstrates a strong willingness to work in any region within the country as well as international locations.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Overall, 15+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
