Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology (IT), or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft solution areas and system administration
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in any areas of technical support, implementation and delivery, and consulting etc. for Microsoft technologies
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft on-premises and cloud infrastructure services such as but not limited to Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, Exchange Server, System Center, Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to do the right thing under pressure and tight deadlines and shift basis.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills-both oral and written.
• Working late hours and weekends would be required on an occasional basis.
• Self-motivated and independent thinker that routinely translates circumstances and understanding into actions that move the business forward in a measurable manner.
