Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce Dashboard Analyst to assist in the creation and management of Salesforce dashboards. The ideal candidate will have basic to intermediate knowledge of Salesforce and a keen interest in data visualization. You will support various teams by ensuring they have access to accurate, actionable data through well-designed dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

Dashboard Creation and Maintenance:

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce dashboards for tracking client performance and key business metrics.
• Ensure dashboards are easy to use and meet the needs of various stakeholders.

Data Handling:

• Work with Salesforce data to generate reports and support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency within dashboards.

Stakeholder Support:

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to understand their reporting needs.
• Gather feedback to improve dashboard functionality and usefulness.

Performance Monitoring:

• Regularly review dashboard performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain data accuracy and relevance.

Basic Training and Documentation:

• Provide basic training to users on how to access and interpret Salesforce dashboards.
• Help create simple guides and documentation for dashboard use.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., Business, Information Systems, Analytics).

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience working with Salesforce, with a focus on reporting and dashboards.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization.

Skills:

• Familiarity with Salesforce Dashboard and Reporting tools.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Basic Excel or data handling skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data concepts to non-technical users.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
