Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Conversion Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, converting them into clients, and arranging initial meetings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our services, and the ability to build strong relationships with leads primarily from Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Outreach - Proactively call and engage with leads to introduce our managed IT services.
  • Conversion - Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our services, addressing any questions or concerns, and converting leads into clients.
  • Meeting Arrangement - Schedule and coordinate initial meetings between potential clients and our sales team.
  • Follow-Up - Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and ensure a smooth transition through the sales funnel.
  • CRM Management - Accurately update and maintain records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Reporting - Provide regular reports on lead conversion metrics and progress to the sales manager.

Qualifications:

  • Experience - Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing, preferably in the IT services industry.
  • Communication Skills - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a clear and professional phone demeanor.
  • Understanding of IT Services - Basic knowledge of managed IT services and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • CRM Proficiency - Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.
  • Time Management - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Customer-Centric - A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Adaptability - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the Australian market and business culture.
  • Previous experience working with remote teams.
