Job Summary The Lead Business Analyst will play a key role in driving business improvements by analyzing and interpreting data, identifying opportunities for process enhancement, and leading a team of business analysts. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and excellent analytical skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Years of Experience 7+ years in business analysis, with leadership experience preferred.

Level of Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Skills and Attributes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart).
• Strong understanding of business process modeling.
• Ability to manage and mentor a team of business analysts.

Working Mode Full-Time, On-site.

Work Hours Standard office hours, with potential for additional hours depending on project needs.
