We are on the look out for a highly skilled Technical Sales Closer to join our team and drive revenue growth by converting high-value leads into lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Engage with qualified leads, showcasing the value of Surge Global's comprehensive solutions, and effectively closing sales across multiple sectors.
  • Technical Presentations: Deliver persuasive and tailored technical presentations that align with client needs, emphasizing our expertise in software, data, and analytics.
  • Proposal Development: Work closely with internal teams to create customized proposals and pricing strategies that address client-specific challenges.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations, skillfully handle objections, and close deals with terms favorable to both the client and Surge Global.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, serving as the primary contact throughout the sales process.
  • Market Insight Sharing: Provide valuable feedback from client interactions to refine Surge Global’s offerings and identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to Surge Global’s growth across all sectors.
  • CRM and Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring a clear and consistent sales pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven success in technical sales, with a focus on software, data, or analytics across various industries.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software solutions, data analytics, and digital marketing, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Sales Acumen: Excellent closing skills with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Communication: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client pain points and propose tailored solutions that deliver significant value.
  • Self-Learner: Highly motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is a plus.
