JOB PROFILE

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and preferences for kitchen designs.
• Create detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
• Consult with architects, contractors, and other professionals to obtain necessary inputs.
• Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and analyze project specifications, budgets, and timelines to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to the Sales Administration team, ensuring their understanding of processes and BOQ.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• NVQ Level 4 or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in creating technical drawings.
• Proficiency in CAD Software such as Auto CAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Professional level knowledge of MS Excel, and experience with data analysis.
• BOQ Preparation, Quantity surveyor experience would be adding a point.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Valid Driver’s License.
