About the Project:

We are building an entire ecosystem on the blockchain, designed to leverage decentralized technologies to transform industries. This Web3 ecosystem will involve the creation of decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, tokenomics, and much more. We are looking for a Web3 Full Stack Developer to take the lead in developing, enhancing, and expanding this groundbreaking blockchain ecosystem.

Location:

• Hybrid role (Colombo office)

Experience:

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Strong expertise in Web3 technologies, including Solidity, Ethereum, or other blockchain platforms.
• Proficiency in ReactJS and NextJS for frontend development.
• Extensive experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
• Experience in designing and developing decentralized applications (dApps).
• Proficiency in working with blockchain APIs, smart contracts, and decentralized storage solutions.
• Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, as well as blockchain databases like IPFS.
• Experience with AWS services and/or decentralized cloud services.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of blockchain architecture.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior developers.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently and deliver quality results on time.
• Familiarity with tokenomics, DeFi protocols, and the broader blockchain ecosystem is a plus.
