Position Overview:

Creative Designer Job Description

1. Graphic Design:

Conceptualize and design visual assets, including graphics, illustrations, logos, brochures, flyers, and branding materials.

2. Video Editing & Animation:

Edit and enhance raw footage to produce high-quality videos, with strong attention to pacing and storytelling.

Create animations and motion graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and presentations.

3. Prototyping:

Create compelling user interface prototypes for websites and mobile applications using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

4. Content Writing:

Develop engaging captions, scripts, and content to complement visual assets

5. Collaborative Work:

Work closely with the marketing team to align creatives with project goals and brand guidelines.

6. Trend Awareness:

Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design, animation, and video editing.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Figma or Adobe XD for prototyping.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including:
• Photoshop (image editing and manipulation)
• Illustrator (vector graphics and illustrations)
• InDesign (print and layout design)
• Premiere Pro (video editing)
• After Effects (motion graphics and animation)
• Experience in 3D design software like Blender, Cinema 4D, or Autodesk Maya is a plus.
• Familiarity with WordPress is advantageous.

Design Expertise:

• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to produce visually cohesive and impactful designs for various platforms.
