Program Partner Manager/Tech Sales Channel Partner
Job Summary
Our client, a leading SaaS company, is looking for a Program Partner Manager/Channel Partner Manager to oversee and grow relationships with channel partners in Nigeria. This role is crucial for driving business growth through strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for managing partner programs, enabling partners to achieve success, and ensuring that the company’s products reach a wider market through these partnerships.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strong relationships with channel partners to drive business growth.
- Onboard new channel partners and ensure they are fully equipped to sell the company’s products effectively.
- Collaborate with partners to create and execute joint business plans, including setting targets and defining go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor partner performance, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets.
- Organize and conduct regular training sessions to keep partners updated on product offerings and sales techniques.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews with partners to assess progress and identify opportunities for growth.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise between the company and its partners, ensuring a smooth working relationship.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align partner strategies with overall company goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive activities to ensure the partner program remains competitive and attractive.
- Provide regular feedback to leadership on partner performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Uphold and promote the company’s culture and values in all interactions with partners.

- Strong understanding of the SaaS market and partner ecosystems.
- Proficient in using CRM software and partner management tools.
